Everything in one contract, not five.
A kitchen fit out is five trades pretending to be one job: joinery, stone, plumbing, electrics and tiling. Most Dubai fit-out companies subcontract four of them, which is why your plumber arrives on the day the stone is due and nobody takes responsibility for the gap between the worktop and the wall. We hold the whole scope. Our own workshop makes the cabinets, our own team fits them, and our own project manager sequences everyone else.
That is also what makes the price hold. We survey before we quote, so the drainage move, the extra circuit and the countertop template are all priced in before you sign, not discovered in week two. You get a fixed quote within five days of a free site visit, and the same number at handover. Whether it is a full kitchen renovation or a fit out into a brand-new handover unit, the process is identical.
We work in occupied homes, in new handover units, and in rentals where the landlord’s NOC has to be cleared first. We handle the building approvals, the access hours and the waste removal — you do not chase the management office.

Stone & splashbacks
Templated on site after the units are in, so the cut matches your actual wall. Quartz, granite or marble], with matching upstands and sink cut-outs.
Second fix & handover
Appliances connected, lighting live, sealant, handles, doors adjusted, snag list cleared — then a walkthrough and your warranty registered.

How long does a kitchen fit out take?
Thirty days from strip-out to handover for a standard apartment or villa kitchen. Large villa kitchens with structural changes run longer, and we tell you that at the survey rather than halfway through.
What does a kitchen fit out cost in Dubai?
It depends on size, material and how much of the services layout moves. Moving a sink or a gas point costs more than keeping it. Our cost calculator gives a rough figure, and you get one fixed price within five days of a free site visit, with the full scope written out so you can compare it line by line against another quote.
Do you do kitchen fit outs in new handover units?
Yes, and it is the easiest kind of job — nothing to strip out, and the services are still accessible. We work in handover units across Dubai, including apartment kitchens where the developer’s standard kitchen is replaced before anyone moves in.
Can I stay in the property during the fit out?
Yes. Most of our clients do. The kitchen is unusable for about three weeks, so plan for that, but we seal the work area, work agreed hours and clean the site daily.
Do you fit out bathrooms as well?
Yes — same team, same contract. Many clients do the kitchen and the bathrooms in one programme, which is cheaper than two separate jobs and means one NOC rather than two.
