What we do
A drawing you can actually build.
Most kitchen design in Dubai is sold separately from the building of it. You pay a design fee, you get a beautiful render, and then a contractor tells you half of it cannot be built for the budget you were given. We design and build in the same workshop, so the drawing you approve is the kitchen that gets installed — and the price comes with it. Design is not a separate line on our invoice; it is the first stage of a kitchen renovation
The design starts at your kitchen, not at a desk. We measure the room, photograph the services, check where the drainage and the gas point actually are, and find out how far out of square the walls run. Then you get a 3D layout, stone and finish samples you can hold rather than swatches on a screen, and as many revisions as it takes. If the layout calls for a kitchen island , we check the walkway clearances before drawing one — an island that does not leave a metre on every used side makes the room worse, not better.
What you get at the end is a set of drawings, a material list and one fixed price, within five days of the site visit. No obligation attached to any of it.

Do you charge for kitchen design in Dubai?
No. The site survey, the 3D layout, the revisions and the material samples are all free, and there is no obligation to build with us afterwards. We recover the design cost through the build, which is why we can afford not to charge for it.
How long does the design take?
You get a fixed price within five days of the site visit, and the 3D layout usually arrives alongside it. Revisions are quick because the drawings are made by the people who will build it — nothing has to be sent away and checked.
Can you design around an awkward room?
That is usually where the design matters most. Sloped soffits, structural columns, service boxings and walls 40mm out of square all get built around rather than boxed off, because we make the custom kitchen cabinets ourselves. A standard-unit supplier has to hide those problems behind filler panels.
Can I take the design to another contractor?
Yes. The drawings are yours and there is no obligation. We would rather you compare honestly than feel committed — and in practice most people come back, because the price came with the drawing rather than after it.
Do you design small kitchens as well as large ones?
