Why nobody will give you a number.
Ask five kitchen companies in Dubai what a renovation costs and you will get five versions of “it depends on your requirements”. It does depend — but not so much that nobody can give you a range. The reason the number gets withheld is that a range invites comparison, and a quote given in a showroom after two hours of design talk does not.
So here are ours. The bands below are for a complete job: strip-out, disposal, plumbing and electrical work, cabinets, worktops, splashback, installation and making good. They are not “starting from” prices with the fitting removed, and they are not the cost of the units alone. We give one fixed price within five days of a free site visit, and that is the number on the final invoice.
Where a quote moves is almost always the same five things: how much of the plumbing and electrics has to be relocated, which stone you choose, whether appliances are included, how many bespoke units the room needs, and whether anything structural changes. Each of those is listed further down with what it typically adds.

Demolition through handover, under one team. One warranty covers the whole job — not just the cabinets — so nothing falls through the gap between trades.
Moving services
Keeping the sink, gas and drainage where they are costs nothing extra. Moving them means chasing floors and walls and re-running pipework — typically AED [CONFIRM] onwards, and it needs building approval.
Which stone you choose
The single biggest swing on most quotes. Quartz to marble can change the worktop cost several times over, and a waterfall island uses around 40% more stone than a flat top.
Appliances
Not included in our bands by default. If you want us to supply them, expect AED [CONFIRM] onwards for a full integrated set. Most clients buy their own and we fit them.
Bespoke units
Standard-width units are the cheapest way to fill a wall. Rooms that are out of square, have sloped soffits or awkward columns need custom kitchen cabinets, which cost more but recover storage a standard run would waste.

How much does a kitchen renovation cost in Dubai?
A complete apartment kitchen typically runs AED [CONFIRM] to [CONFIRM], and a villa kitchen with an island AED [CONFIRM] to [CONFIRM]. That covers everything except appliances — strip-out, plumbing, electrics, cabinets, worktop, installation and making good. The main variables are how much of the services layout moves and which stone you choose.
Why is there such a range within each band?
Two kitchens of the same size can differ by a factor of two on the worktop alone. Beyond stone, the range covers how many units are bespoke rather than standard, whether the layout moves, and the finish of the fronts. The site visit narrows it to one number.
Is it cheaper to replace just the doors?
Yes, considerably — if the carcasses are sound. It is worth checking whether they are chipboard and whether the edges have started to swell, because new doors on failing boxes is money spent twice. Do you ask for a deposit, and when do I pay the rest?
A deposit confirms the order and covers materials; the balance is staged against milestones and the final payment falls due at handover, after snagging. We give you the full payment schedule in writing with the quote, before you commit.
Can the price change after I sign?
Only if you change the scope — a different stone, an added unit, a layout change. It does not change because we found something at the survey, because the survey happens before the price. That is the point of doing it in that order.
How do I compare quotes from different companies fairly?
Ask each one for the same three things in writing: the board and edge treatment of the carcasses, the hardware brand, and whether installation and making good are included. Most price differences between Dubai kitchen quotes disappear once those three are matched. Our cost calculator gives you a baseline to compare against.
