Most Sharjah communities and towers require an NOC from the developer or Sharjah Municipality before work starts. We check the rules for your building during the site visit and prepare the paperwork where we can.
How long does a modular kitchen take?
Thirty days from demolition to handover, with the date written into the contract rather than promised verbally.

Can you build kitchens for large Sharjah villas?
