Do you renovate both the show kitchen and the wet kitchen?
Yes, and we recommend planning them together even if you only renovate one now. It keeps the finishes consistent and avoids moving plumbing twice.
Can you open the kitchen into the living area?
Often, yes — but it depends on whether the wall is structural and on your community’s rules. We check both at the site visit before anything is promised.
Will I need an NOC for a villa kitchen renovation?
Most communities require one before work starts, and structural or plumbing changes almost always do. We check your community’s requirements during the site visit and prepare the paperwork where we can.
Does a large villa kitchen still finish in 30 days?
Most do. Very large kitchens, or projects covering both the show and wet kitchen, are scheduled at the site visit and written into the contract before we start.
Can we stay in the villa during the work?
Yes. We seal off the work area and clean the site daily. In villas with a separate wet kitchen, one room can often stay usable while the other is being built.
