My kitchen is closed off — can it be opened up?
Sometimes, but not always. Many Sharjah flats have structural or service walls that cannot be removed, and the building will have its own rules. We check both at the site visit and tell you before anything is promised.
Will I actually gain storage?
In most small kitchens, yes. Made-to-measure units reclaim the height, the corners and the gaps that standard cabinets leave unused, so capacity usually increases without the room changing size.
Can you make a small kitchen feel bigger?
Mostly through light and continuity — handleless fronts, one continuous worktop, a stone splashback instead of tiled grout lines, and lighting under every run.
How long does a small kitchen take in Sharjah?
Thirty days from demolition to handover, the same as a larger kitchen. A smaller room is not necessarily faster — the joinery is still made to measure.
Is a small kitchen cheaper?
Usually, since there is less cabinetry and less stone. The design work is the same, though, and finishes matter more in a room you take in at a glance. You get a fixed price within five days of a free site visit.
