FAQs
Do you renovate both the show kitchen and the wet kitchen?
Yes, and we recommend planning both even if only one is being renovated now. It keeps the finishes consistent and avoids paying to move plumbing twice.
Do I need approval to renovate a villa kitchen in Sharjah?
Usually yes. Most Sharjah communities require an NOC before work starts, and structural or plumbing changes generally need approval from Sharjah Municipality or your developer. We check what applies to your villa at the site visit and prepare the paperwork where we can.
Can you open the kitchen into the living area?
Often, but it depends on whether the wall is structural and on your community’s rules. In many Sharjah villas the wet kitchen stays separate by choice — it keeps cooking smells out of the majlis.
Does a large villa kitchen still finish in 30 days?
Most do. Very large kitchens, or projects covering both the show and wet kitchen, are scheduled at the site visit and written into the contract before we start.
Can we stay in the villa during the work?
Yes. The work area is sealed off and cleaned daily. Where there is a separate wet kitchen, one room can often stay usable while the other is being built.
